Two Rooms. Two Honors. One Purpose.

What a week ⭐

I’m still taking it all in, but I’m really honored to share two meaningful moments from my public health journey.

I was recognized as a 40 Under 40 Awardee by the Boston Congress of Public Health, Publisher of BCPH Review, alongside an incredible group of leaders who are doing powerful work to advance health equity and strengthen communities.

I also had the opportunity to facilitate a session for the DELPH Leadership Program through ASTHO, where I spent time with current and emerging public health leaders talking about leadership, purpose, and what it looks like to stay rooted in this work.

What stood out most is how connected these two experiences felt.
One was about recognition. The other was about contribution. And together they were a reminder that public health is not just what I do, it is how I show up, how I serve, and how I stay grounded in purpose.

Grateful for both moments, and for the people who continue to pour into this work and into each other.

The work continues.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and restorative Memorial Day weekend ✨
