10-year anniversary Biomedical Prevention Summit

The NMAC 2026 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit was everything!!!! I’m walking away incredibly fullI had the opportunity to lead my session, w/ Destiny Pearson PrEP for Me: Centering Young Black and Latina Women in Sexual Health Equity, and I’m grateful for the engagement, dialogue, and shared commitment in the roomBeyond our session, what stood out most was the power of community and representation. Seeing Black Powerhouse women Brittany M. Williams, Ph.D.Trina ScottMaya Green MD, MPH, HIVMA, FACHE & Tatyana Moaton, PhD MBA-HRM take the stage, share their lived experiences and lead critical conversations in HIV prevention, care & treatment was both affirming and necessary👏🏽These are the moments that move public health forward. When science, story, and community intersect with intentionGrateful for the connections made, the conversations sparked, and the continued push toward equity in HIV prevention.
